Stephanie Ellis-Clark

Stephanie Ellis-Clark is a proud graduate of Florida A&M University with more than 25 years of experience supporting infants, toddlers, and families as they navigate questions about growth and development. She has a rich background in early intervention, including assessment, eligibility determination, individualized planning, and family support, and is known for building strong, trusting relationships with both families and staff.

As Senior Vice President – Early Intervention Services at Easterseals Florida, Stephanie provides thoughtful leadership for the Early Steps Program across multiple counties. She guides program operations and quality efforts, strengthens community and healthcare partnerships, and oversees professional development for early interventionists who serve families in their homes each day. Stephanie is dedicated to creating a supportive, responsive system where children can thrive and families feel seen, heard, and empowered.
