Easterseals Florida offers services to enhance the well-being of seniors through therapeutic recreation, arts, and wellness in Orange County.
At a Glance
Easterseals Florida’s Health & Recreation Senior Support Program supports the overall well-being, independence, and quality of life of Orange County seniors age 55 and older. Located at the East Orange Community Center, the program offers a welcoming place for seniors to stay active, build social connections, explore their interests, and participate in activities that promote physical, mental, and social wellness.
Participants can enjoy a variety of activities and educational opportunities, including chair exercise, SilverSneakers, chair yoga, Zumba, line dancing, arts and crafts, quilting, bingo, card games, library activities, financial education, wellness resources, and more.
The program is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This program is funded by Orange County.
