• Infant Toddler Development Specialists (ITDS)/ Developmental Therapist

♦  All Early Steps providers must have at least one year of hands-on early intervention professional experience with children aged 0-5 with special needs and/or developmental delays post-degree.

Provider Billing Information & Forms

With the statewide rollout of ESDS, external providers no longer submit manual paper billing logs, invoice cover sheets, or paper billing grids. All encounter data, contact notes, and Part C billing approvals are now handled directly inside ESDS through the Claims Biller Dashboard.
