Treasure Coast Early Steps Program - Provider Page
Treasure Coast Early Steps (TCES) is currently seeking new providers.
WE ARE ACTIVELY RECRUITING NEW PROVIDERS!
New enrollment for providers working in the natural environment, as well as via telehealth. Must have one year of hands-on experience working with infants and toddlers with special needs and their families. Must have a Florida professional license and a Florida Medicaid Therapy provider number.

You will need your NPI number before you apply for your medicaid number
To complete your medicaid application, CLICK HERE and then go to "Provider Services" > Enrollment > Online Enrollment Wizard and follow the instructions listed.
*Please note, you MUST complete an application for each type of Medicaid number you are applying for. - E-Verify Memorandum of Agreement (For New agencies and/or providers being added to an agency only)
