Children and adults of all abilities and needs—common or complex—can turn to us for support.
Our programs encourage independence while our participants learn daily living, social, pre-employment, and self-advocacy skills through age and culturally-appropriate activities. Individuals are provided with paid work opportunities and vocational skills training is available.
Altrusa House in Gainesville provides person-centered, adult day health care services. Members enjoy activities designed with each individual in mind, aiming to bring a sense of independence, stimulation, and contribution to the quality of life for both members and their families.
