On-the-Job Training (OJT)

Easterseals Florida’s On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program creates opportunities for individuals with a disability to work with an employer to earn a competitive wage while learning skills beneficial to future employment.

The program offers:

• Job Coaching support to the trainee and the employer
• Compensation while in training
• Opportunities to work in the community

Offered: Duval, Palm Beach, Volusia, Collier, Hillsborough, Brevard, and Orange Counties
