Employment and Job Training Programs

Our Employment & Job Training programs offer job-readiness training, on-the-job coaching, career support, and placement assistance to help you launch and sustain meaningful work.

We provide hands-on job training, career coaching, and employment support to help individuals gain skills, find jobs, and build lasting careers.

Our Programs

  • Adult Day Training

    Easterseals Florida partners with the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and other agencies to support individuals with disabilities or other special needs in securing and maintaining community employment.

  • Adult Day Training - Naples

    The Easterseals Florida LEAP (Life Skills, Employment Readiness, Advocacy, and Participation) program is an Adult Day Training (ADT) program in Naples for adults with developmental disabilities ages 18 and up.

  • Adult Day Training - Palm Bay

    Easterseals Florida partners with the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and other agencies to support individuals with disabilities or other special needs in securing and maintaining community employment.

  • Employment Services

    Easterseals Florida provides training to assist in accessing employment and training to succeed in the workforce.

  • On-the-Job Training (OJT)

    Easterseals Florida’s On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program creates opportunities for individuals with a disability to work with an employer to earn a competitive wage while learning skills beneficial to future employment.

  • STRIVE and SOAR

    Through STRIVE and SOAR, teens with disabilities gain job, life, and social skills—preparing them to achieve independence and thrive in work and life.

  • Supported Employment

    Easterseals Florida’s Supported Employment program provides youth and adults with significant disabilities support to find and maintain integrated employment.
