Easterseals Learning and Integrative Therapy Exchange (E.L.I.T.E.)

At E.L.I.T.E., children seeking ABA therapy benefit from a comprehensive approach. Our services go beyond traditional 1:1 sessions, offering over 20 hours weekly. E.L.I.T.E. combines personalized interventions with social and educational opportunities. This approach supports progress across various environments while helping children build important skills. Children benefit from a well-rounded and supportive setting designed to encourage continued development.

Our Services

One-on-One ABA Therapy

  • Personalized ABA therapy tailored to each child's unique needs and goals to support individual skill development.
  • Goals: Therapeutic from ABA/SLP/OT/PT/PLAY Assessment
  • Primary Funding: Insurance
  • Provider: Registered Behavior Technician

Group ABA Therapy

  • Engaging group sessions are designed to build essential social skills, helping children learn how to interact, communicate, and cooperate with peers.
  • Goals: Therapeutic from Behavioral Assessment
  • Primary Funding: Insurance
  • Provider: One Registered Behavior Technician per 2-4 children

Tutoring

  • Educational support focuses on foundational skills like colors, numbers, and the alphabet, fostering early learning and cognitive development.
  • Goals: School Readiness from Educational Assessment
  • Primary Funding: Step-up UA: Specialized Services or Private Pay
  • Provider: One Registered Behavior Technician per 1-4 children

Wrap Care

  • Supervised play sessions under the guidance of Registered Behavior Technicians, offering a safe, supportive environment for children to play and practice new skills beyond approved therapy hours.
  • Goals: Enriched Activities
  • Primary funding: Step-up UA: Specialized Services or Private Pay
  • Provider: Registered Behavior Technician as ABA Classroom Teacher
